- Monitor and analyze emerging global trends across technology, consumer behavior, and financial markets
- Translate complex market shifts into clear business opportunities and disruption strategies
- Design and execute rapid experiments and proof-of-concept tests for novel ideas
- Partner with cross-functional units to align innovative solutions with ongoing business needs
- Present experimentation findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Engage external innovation networks, fintechs, and research entities for collaborative ventures
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in business, technology, design, innovation, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated background in innovation, strategy, or product development in dynamic settings
- Proven track record of testing new trends through rapid prototyping methodologies
- Sound capability in directing cross-functional projects and managing diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving mindset and strategic analytical abilities
- Familiarity with financial services or fintech environments is advantageous
