Based in Malaysia, this role involves designing, implementing, and administering a firm-wide Log Analytics Platform using Splunk. The administrator will manage the Splunk infrastructure, optimize data models, and assist users with dashboards and reporting. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining the platform roadmap and resolving advanced issues across the enterprise.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Log Analytics Platform using Splunk
- Administer and monitor Splunk infrastructure components and apps
- Prioritize and maintain the platform roadmap, ensuring technical deliverables
- Assist users in creating and maintaining production dashboards
- Optimize Splunk data models, indexes, and searches
- Coordinate with other teams for advanced issue resolution
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
- At least 6 years of experience, with 3+ years in log management or IT operations on Splunk
- Proficiency in creating Splunk dashboards, visualizations, and reports
- Experience with Splunk component tuning and optimization
- Expertise in writing custom and efficient Splunk Processing Language (SPL) queries
- Technical background in Open Systems, Virtualization, Storage, and Networking
