Based in Singapore, this regional leadership position drives the execution of greenfield and brownfield data centre construction projects across the lifecycle. The role oversees program scheduling, capital budgeting, contractor management, and site safety compliance. Candidates should bring deep domain expertise in critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure, alongside the readiness for periodic regional business travel.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee regional data centre project execution across initiation, planning, construction, and handover stages
- Formulate master schedules, establish project governance frameworks, and track milestones
- Manage capital budgets, cash flow projections, tendering processes, and regular financial reporting
- Supervise daily site works to verify adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards
- Coordinate testing and commissioning protocols for critical mechanical and electrical systems
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders while facilitating regional travel of up to 25 percent
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 10 years of project or construction management background in data centre facilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or Architecture
- Demonstrated background handling greenfield or brownfield mission-critical builds
- Extensive technical comprehension of architectural, structural, and critical M&E systems
- Proven capacity to direct cross-functional teams and oversee multiple complex projects concurrently
- Proficiency with enterprise scheduling software such as Microsoft Project
