Based in Indonesia, this position joins the Personal Healthcare sales team to drive regional product growth. You will be responsible for executing commercial strategies, understanding healthcare provider needs, and detailing product benefits effectively. The role focuses on building lasting client partnerships while ensuring strict compliance with industry stewardship guidelines.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute commercial sales strategies aligned with business unit targets
- Analyze healthcare customer requirements and present comprehensive product detailing
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with medical professionals to boost sales
- Work closely with cross-functional team members to maximize field impact
- Uphold internal stewardship policies and external legal compliance requirements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience as a medical representative or in an equivalent field
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in pharmacy, biology, or related life sciences
- Possession of a valid Indonesian motorcycle driver's license (SIM C)
- Strong collaborative spirit and proven team communication abilities
- Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders and pick up new tools quickly
- Commitment to maintaining professional and corporate compliance standards
