Based in the Philippines, this role oversees the end-to-end operational purchasing process, ensuring seamless purchase request conversions and policy-compliant order execution. The specialist works closely with corporate functions, category leads, and vendors to address requirements and resolve post-PO challenges. Additionally, this position provides team guidance and front-end technical support for procurement systems.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Triage purchase requests and convert them into compliant purchase orders for supplier distribution.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor master files, and purchase information data.
- Collaborate with internal business stakeholders and corporate functions to support procurement goals.
- Provide front-end system support and troubleshoot issues across procurement platforms.
- Oversee vendor onboarding and maintain effective working relationships with external suppliers.
- Supervise team performance, sponsor professional development, and drive continuous process improvements.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience within procurement.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated supervisory or people management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of end-to-end procure-to-pay operational cycles.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement software tools such as Oracle or Zip.
- Willingness to work night shifts on-site at Quezon Cyberpark.
- Current legal eligibility to live and work in the Philippines.
