Based in Singapore, this role focuses on supporting the deployment and maintenance of shared Agentic AI Platform Services. You will build and operate robust capabilities such as agent registries, gateways, and identity management to connect enterprise AI agents securely. Working with cross-functional technical teams, you will guarantee that AI workloads remain scalable, resilient, and well-governed across container platforms.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage the lifecycle of agentic AI platform services across containerized systems.
- Build and maintain MCP servers and gateways to connect agents securely with enterprise data and APIs.
- Implement agent identity and authentication controls to ensure secure service-to-service communication.
- Maintain enterprise agent registry features for service discovery, governance, and metadata tracking.
- Execute testing, troubleshooting, defect fixing, and operational support for core platform components.
- Create and update technical documentation, deployment configurations, and standard operating procedures.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Between two and four years of relevant software, platform, or DevOps engineering experience.
- Practical expertise deploying and troubleshooting workloads on Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift.
- Solid experience developing or integrating REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
- Working knowledge of foundational identity and security protocols like OAuth2, OIDC, and RBAC.
- Familiarity with generative AI concepts, agent architectures, and automated CI/CD practices.
