Based in Vietnam, this role oversees and enhances production line performance through technical mastery, establishing standards, and running continuous improvement projects. You will act as the focal point for technology transfer, develop training materials, and collaborate with operational teams to reduce losses and eliminate waste. The role also involves participating in manufacturing excellence frameworks and engineering projects across the factory.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage production line performance and lead technology transfer initiatives from vendors and projects
- Master equipment hardware, create operating manuals, and conduct technical training for factory technicians
- Evaluate improvement initiatives, assess impacts, and set new operational benchmarks for lines
- Utilize operational data systems and pillar methodologies (AM, PM, FI, QC) to systematically eliminate factory waste
- Formulate and update technical standards to ensure safe, continuous, and high-quality manufacturing
- Support engineering projects with technical design reviews, assessments, and standard-setting prior to mass production
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Equipment Engineering
- Hands-on background with mixing and agitation technologies
- Between 2 and 3 years of relevant process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong grasp of ideal production systems and machinery operating principles
- Sound data analysis and decision-making capabilities alongside solid presentation skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with exposure to process control and statistical tools preferred
