Based in Singapore, this role manages financial planning and operational performance analytics for the Customer Service Hub within the Group COO office. You will drive monthly financial forecasting, track operational expenditures, and coordinate annual budgeting cycles. In addition, you will prepare strategic reporting metrics and deliver actionable business insights to senior management.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage monthly spending forecasts, reports, and expense variance analysis for the Customer Service Hub.
- Handle financial reconciliations, accruals, write-offs, and cost allocation under bank frameworks.
- Support leadership in orchestrating the annual budgeting exercise and processing ad-hoc budget allocations.
- Consolidate regional operational data and generate executive-level reports for regular management reviews.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and automate reporting workflows across the department.
- Track key performance indicators and alert leadership to potential operational and financial risks.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Banking and Finance, or at least two years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Proven background in business planning, financial forecasting, and quantitative data reporting.
- Strong skills in data visualization, presentation design, and executive storytelling.
- High level of attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Prior exposure to consumer banking or customer contact center operations is an advantage.
