Based in Malaysia, this role joins the newly launched Shared Services Centre to drive end-to-end customer billing and receivables management. You will manage customer invoicing across multiple business entities, monitor outstanding payments, and resolve billing disputes efficiently. In addition, you will support month-end closing activities and collaborate with global finance stakeholders to streamline shared service processes.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices aligned with contractual billing schedules
- Track outstanding accounts and perform timely follow-ups to maintain healthy cash flow
- Investigate billing discrepancies and execute root-cause analysis for dispute resolution
- Partner with onshore and offshore finance teams to ensure seamless operational workflows
- Assist with month-end financial closing, accruals, audit readiness, and receivables reporting
- Identify opportunities to standardize and automate billing within shared services
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant background in accounts receivable or billing operations
- Solid grasp of accounting principles and end-to-end invoicing cycles
- Prior experience operating within a shared services center or multi-entity setup
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and transaction management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities
