Based in Indonesia, this leadership role directs the end-to-end customer service and logistics strategy for the Foods division. The appointed leader will oversee warehousing, distribution networks, and customer order management while collaborating closely with commercial teams. The position focuses on driving operational efficiency, digital supply chain transformation, and superior service performance across the country.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and execute the multi-year customer service and logistics strategy for Foods Indonesia
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing customer experience and logistics teams
- Oversee national customer service operations, OTIF performance, and issue resolution workflows
- Manage overall logistics operations including warehousing, distribution networks, and transport partners
- Facilitate sales and operations planning to balance service metrics, inventory, and cost reduction
- Spearhead digital transformation, automation initiatives, and network optimisation programs
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Extensive senior leadership experience in logistics, customer operations, or supply chain within FMCG
- In-depth knowledge of warehousing, transport management, and third-party logistics oversight
- Demonstrated success managing operational transformation within complex matrix environments
- Strong track record partnering with commercial leaders to support business expansion and service quality
- Solid financial acumen with expertise in cost-to-serve analysis and business case development
- Superb stakeholder management, programme leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
