Based in Malaysia, this role supervises APAC payroll operations by coordinating vendor performance and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will act as a primary focal point for issue escalation, addressing payroll concerns in partnership with cross-functional global teams. The position also leads operational improvement projects and ensures meticulous compliance recordkeeping.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage regional payroll vendor performance and verify compliance with regional laws across APAC
- Serve as the lead contact for internal stakeholders on payroll operational issues and queries
- Partner with local, regional, and international teams to resolve intricate payroll problems
- Provide operational support and collaborate with distributed international colleagues
- Spearhead process enhancement projects to elevate workflow efficiency and operational compliance
- Maintain thorough payroll records and administrative documentation according to statutory mandates
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 5 to 6 years of professional experience in payroll, finance operations, accounting, or process design
- Strong analytical capabilities and proactive critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- High level of precision and meticulous attention to detail
