Based in Vietnam, this role oversees the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of cash management solutions for corporate clients within Wholesale Banking. The manager will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to lead technical scoping, documentation, testing, and system rollout. This position is vital for delivering customized payment and collection services while driving seamless handovers to ongoing support.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire implementation project lifecycle for cash management clients
- Conduct technical and business scoping sessions alongside clients and cross-functional teams
- Coordinate documentation, account setup, and legal agreement sign-offs across internal departments
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings regarding specialized workflows, tailored solutions, and issue escalations
- Supervise system testing, go-live expectations, and initial production verification runs
- Provide regular project milestone updates and transition operational workflows to client service teams
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Recognized degree in a relevant field of study
- At least 8 years of professional experience in the banking and financial services sector
- Solid background in project management with a proven track record of timely implementation
- Deep domain expertise in cash management services, payments, and collections
- Strong client-facing capabilities and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
