Based in Singapore, this role involves driving digital quality assurance and automated testing across consumer banking applications. You will turn BDD test scenarios into robust automation scripts for mobile, web, and API platforms while working closely with Agile delivery teams. In addition, you will design test cases, execute testing cycles, track software defects, and champion testing best practices across cross-functional groups to deliver seamless customer journeys.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases for iOS, Android, web platforms, and REST APIs.
- Build and maintain automation test suites using tools like Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and Pytest.
- Foster a strong quality-first mindset and establish QA best practices within Agile squads.
- Work with developers to create reusable, maintainable automated test scripts from BDD scenarios.
- Identify, track, document, and resolve software bugs through exploratory and structured testing.
- Propose enhancements to existing testing frameworks, tools, and processes to boost test efficiency.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant QA experience, ideally in mobile or web banking.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Pytest, or JUnit.
- Solid programming background in Java, Python, JavaScript, or related languages.
- Proven experience with REST API testing and complex SQL queries for test data validation.
- Working knowledge of Linux environments, Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Docker.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and the full software testing lifecycle.
