Based in the Philippines, this role focuses on delivering expert financial advisory and management to client engagement teams to optimize contract profitability. The specialist manages forecasting, budgeting, internal controls compliance, and financial reporting across complex project lifecycles. Additionally, this position leads and mentors a team while collaborating directly with account executives to align financial operations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Deliver financial management and analysis to maximize client engagement profitability
- Collaborate with executives to report on account financial health, billing, and forecasting
- Supervise, mentor, and coach junior team members while handling operational workload
- Execute periodic financial close, work plan reconciliation, and statutory compliance
- Provide pricing support and review calculations for new and extended business proposals
- Monitor balance sheet activities, capital assets, inventory, and receivables discrepancies
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in FP&A and financial forecasting
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience managing teams of 10 or more people
- Demonstrated capability in people leadership and stakeholder relationship management
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is advantageous but not mandatory
- Eligible to live and work in the Philippines
