Based in Indonesia, this role supports the planning and execution of vital capital projects across manufacturing facilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions, manage project budgets, and forecast cash flows efficiently. In addition, you will help enforce strict engineering, safety, and environmental standards while optimizing equipment strategies to advance operational excellence.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution and quality of assigned capital expenditure projects.
- Define technical project scope and collaborate with stakeholders to prepare precise budgets and timelines.
- Forecast project cash flow and monitor contract compliance.
- Implement engineering standards and guarantee adherence to environmental, health, and safety protocols.
- Support the integration of modern manufacturing equipment strategies to optimize operational resources.
- Adopt best practices to harmonize assets and boost plant productivity.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- At least 5 years of engineering experience within food manufacturing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in food processing, GMP, HACCP, and ISO guidelines.
- Strong technical expertise regarding manufacturing machinery and systems.
- Proven project management capabilities with a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
