Based in Malaysia, this role supports finance systems within a shared services environment, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance. The executive will manage master data, support budget processes, and perform system reconciliations to maintain data integrity. This position involves troubleshooting issues, engaging with stakeholders, and identifying process improvements to enhance system efficiency and compliance.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage and govern finance-related master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Perform budget planning, allocation, and transfer processes within the system
- Reconcile sub-ledgers and general ledgers, resolving discrepancies
- Act as primary contact for system issues, diagnosing and resolving problems
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions
- Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in accounting/financial analysis within enterprise systems
- Experience in financial data analysis, reconciliation, and problem-solving
- Experience in large corporate or shared services environments
- Proficient in documentation for systems and processes
- User experience with SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules
