Based in Malaysia, this role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous operation of core telecommunications platforms. The appointed professional will handle complex technical investigations, resolve operational incidents, and perform detailed root-cause assessments across microservices and cloud infrastructures. Additionally, the position collaborates closely with international engineering teams and external vendors to enhance overall system reliability and service quality.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Deliver second- and third-level technical support for key BSS and OSS platform components.
- Investigate production incidents and implement approved remedies to satisfy service level agreements.
- Troubleshoot microservices, REST APIs, and database performance bottlenecks using SQL.
- Monitor cloud applications deployed on Azure and analyse system logs via observability tools.
- Manage documentation, operational reporting, and compliance for incident, problem, and change requests.
- Participate in on-call escalation rotations and coordinate technical bridges with regional teams.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Around 3 to 5 years of platform support or site reliability engineering experience.
- Functional knowledge of telecommunications BSS and OSS architecture.
- Demonstrated experience diagnosing REST APIs, microservices architectures, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with enterprise incident tracking and log management suites like ServiceNow or ELK.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to manage priority incidents under pressure.
