Based in Indonesia, Accenture is hiring an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance professional to join its consulting practice. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and operational stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize enterprise asset management solutions. You will oversee end-to-end maintenance workflows, driving asset reliability and digital transformation on SAP S/4HANA platforms.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Deliver and guide SAP PM implementations, S/4HANA transformations, and ongoing system support.
- Translate plant maintenance workflows into functional specifications and SAP technical configurations.
- Configure core SAP PM entities, maintenance notifications, work orders, task lists, and preventive schedules.
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution architecture discussions with clients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional modules including MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, and PS for system integration.
- Manage testing cycles, data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience working with SAP PM or enterprise asset management systems.
- Proven track record in configuring and implementing SAP PM across rollouts or upgrades.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes.
- Demonstrated experience in functional system design, testing phases, cutover, and production support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication capabilities.
