Based in Singapore, this role leads the technical architecture and engineering strategy for the home service assurance platform. You will translate key operational and business needs into resilient, scalable infrastructure designs while governing vendor solutions. The position focuses on advancing automation, API integration, and proactive service assurance capabilities to modernise telecommunications operations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture and technical roadmap for platform enhancements and modernization.
- Translate enterprise and operational requirements into end-to-end technical designs.
- Assess vendor proposals and evaluate solutions for security, scalability, resilience, and cost.
- Champion API-first, automation-first, and predictive AI-assisted diagnostic capabilities.
- Guide delivery engineers and cross-functional teams across design, integration, and deployment phases.
- Provide high-level technical direction during critical system incidents and complex architecture escalations.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in solution architecture and infrastructure engineering.
- Comprehensive background covering compute, database, middleware, network, and storage systems.
- Demonstrated capability in vendor governance, design reviews, and architectural risk mitigation.
- Strong grasp of IT service operations, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Sound knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and service assurance principles.
