Based in Malaysia, this role will head the TechOps initiative to advance system visibility, process automation, and operational performance across enterprise IT environments. The selected candidate will guide team members, design strategic roadmaps, and build monitoring mechanisms using modern tooling. Strong technical scripting knowledge coupled with stakeholder communication is key to successfully driving efficiency and reliability.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation routines utilizing scripting languages across virtual environments and SCCM
- Implement and configure observability platforms such as Dynatrace to deliver comprehensive monitoring and alerts
- Partner with upper-tier technical teams to diagnose incidents and complete root cause analyses
- Develop and present Grafana and Jira metric dashboards to technology leaders and business stakeholders
- Manage, mentor, and guide the TechOps squad while facilitating cross-functional alignment
- Define strategic plans and roadmaps targeting continuous workflow optimization and operational readiness
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Demonstrated scripting capability using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or C#
- Hands-on expertise interacting with or developing API integrations
- Practical deployment and automation experience leveraging SCCM
- Deep understanding of observability ecosystems like Dynatrace and Grafana dashboards
- Familiarity with ITIL workflows and operational support best practices
- Prior background in team supervision, strategic planning, and executive-level reporting
