Based in Indonesia, this position is responsible for representing Procter & Gamble's personal health care division across targeted territories. You will execute commercial sales plans, consult directly with medical clients, and effectively communicate product advantages to foster sustainable client relationships. Working closely with teammates, you will support market growth while ensuring full adherence to internal and external compliance guidelines.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Implement assigned sales strategies to reach regional performance targets
- Identify customer needs and deliver in-depth product information to healthcare clients
- Nurture and sustain positive business relationships to expand commercial impact
- Partner with colleagues across the team to enhance shared operational outcomes
- Follow all internal regulatory standards and legal stewardship mandates
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Between two and three years of relevant medical representative background
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in pharmacy, biology, or related health sciences
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and willingness to travel
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a group setting
- Effective verbal communication and persuasive presentation capabilities
- Capacity to adapt quickly to unfamiliar operating procedures and platforms
