Based in Vietnam, this role leads an analytics team to drive data-driven strategies and deliver impactful insights across the organization. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end data projects, develop analytical models, and ensure data governance. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in analytics tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and specialists
- Define and execute the analytics roadmap aligned with business goals
- Manage data projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring timely solutions
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and predictive models to optimize processes
- Implement data governance standards and monitor data quality
- Oversee the adoption and optimization of BI tools and data platforms
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Statistics, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in technology or data analytics, with 2-3 years in advanced analytical models
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management
- Experience with large-scale analytics projects and distributed databases
- Proficiency in R and/or Python, including data wrangling and machine learning libraries
- Ability to communicate complex analytical results clearly to diverse audiences
