Based in the Philippines, Unilever is seeking a Labor and Employee Relations & Factory HR Business Partner Manager to support manufacturing sites nationwide. In this role, you will spearhead union relations, lead collective bargaining negotiations, and ensure adherence to national labor standards. You will also direct country-wide employee engagement projects and modernize human resources policies to maintain a positive and productive operational environment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead union negotiations, handle grievances, and oversee collective bargaining agreements.
- Serve as the primary strategic HR advisor for factory leadership and manufacturing operations.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor regulations and manage employee relations risks.
- Drive nationwide employee engagement initiatives and modernize internal HR policies.
- Support organization design, workforce planning, and organizational culture transformations.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver learning programs, performance management, and change initiatives.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of dedicated experience in employee and industrial relations.
- Demonstrated background working in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Proven history of successfully executing collective bargaining negotiations and managing union relationships.
- Comprehensive expertise in Philippine labor legislation and dealing with regulatory agencies.
- Proven HR business partnering capabilities alongside change management experience.
- Background in organizational development, learning programs, or compensation and benefits.
