Based in Singapore, this role focuses on directing penetration testing, bug bounty initiatives, and comprehensive vulnerability assessments across the company. You will evaluate assessment results, challenge findings objectively, and guide technical teams on suitable remediation strategies. Additionally, the position involves executing controlled attack simulations and utilizing modern tooling to reinforce defense mechanisms against evolving cyber threats.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise penetration testing and security assessments performed by external vendors.
- Engage with domain champions and product teams to define assessment scope, procedures, and schedules.
- Evaluate testing findings critically to determine exploitability, severity, and potential operational impact.
- Advise technical teams on corrective measures, compensating controls, and track remediation closure.
- Oversee bug bounty initiatives and secure code evaluations across the digital estate.
- Execute focused penetration tests and APT attack simulations based on the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity assessment, penetration testing, or control validation.
- Demonstrated background handling security evaluations with third-party partners and cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in reviewing technical vulnerabilities and recommending targeted remediation paths.
- Hands-on background with application and API penetration assessments.
- Familiarity with attack emulation techniques and testing GenAI systems is preferred.
