Based in Singapore, this role directs the on-site delivery of large-scale hyperscale data centre projects encompassing civil, structural, and critical MEP systems. The manager leads substantial capital portfolios, oversees multi-tiered contractor workforces, and handles commercial risk and claims governance. Additionally, the position liaises with regulatory authorities to enforce statutory compliance and applies robust recovery strategies to safeguard critical project milestones.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee complete execution of massive hyperscale data centre developments across MEP, civil works, and commissioning.
- Establish PMO governance structures, project reporting, and risk mitigation methodologies across multi-building developments.
- Control multi-billion dollar capital expenditure programmes including commercial claims and variations.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate large-scale on-site workforce environments.
- Drive long-lead equipment procurement along with supply chain risk mitigation for critical mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure strict alignment with Singapore regulatory guidelines including fire safety, Green Mark, and CORENET X.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Proven track record directing hyperscale data centre construction projects of at least 100 MW scale in Singapore or APAC.
- Comprehensive technical understanding of mission-critical MEP infrastructure including power, cooling, and control systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial governance, claims administration, and major capital expenditure management.
- Strong capability in coordinating diverse stakeholders including clients, technical consultants, and field contractors.
- Relevant industry credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CDCP are advantageous.
- Background in project recovery and critical-path optimisation for complex infrastructure developments is beneficial.
