Participants will engage in dynamic operational assignments, testing their capabilities outside familiar boundaries while developing specialized functional expertise. The role provides hands-on mentorship and practical challenges across key manufacturing facilities.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational training across diverse operational and production departments
- Tackle challenging functional assignments to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with experienced team members to learn modern manufacturing practices
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to streamline daily workplace processes
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering discipline with at least a 3.0 CGPA
- Recent graduate or up to two years of prior work experience
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and active participation in extracurricular activities
- Strong English language proficiency alongside effective communication skills
- High degree of resilience, adaptability, and personal accountability
- Valid driver's license with personal transport and willingness to relocate between Shah Alam and Penang
