Based in the Philippines, this role involves leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the organization's Operational Resilience framework. The successful candidate will ensure critical business services remain within approved tolerances during severe disruptions by managing impact tolerances, dependency mapping, and scenario testing. This position requires coordinating governance approvals, addressing vulnerabilities, and driving incident learning to enhance organizational resilience.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of the Operational Resilience framework and governance.
- Manage critical business services and define appropriate impact tolerances.
- Oversee dependency mapping, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.
- Design and facilitate severe but plausible scenario testing and resilience exercises.
- Support incident response and coordinate learning from crises and near misses.
- Coordinate self-assessments, reporting, and management information on resilience posture.

- Familiarity with Group Operational Resilience Policy and regulatory expectations.
- Ability to coordinate governance approvals and escalate issues.
- Experience in conducting criticality assessments and defining service ownership.
- Proficiency in end-to-end dependency mapping and vulnerability identification.
- Skills in designing and facilitating scenario testing.
- Capability to support incident response and post-incident reviews.
