Based in Singapore, this role involves overseeing strategic sourcing and indirect category management initiatives across the group. The chosen candidate will spearhead supplier relationship management, commercial contract negotiations, and cost optimization programs to drive substantial business value. Additionally, this position collaborates closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders while enforcing strict adherence to corporate governance, ethics, and compliance policies.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute indirect category strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Direct end-to-end sourcing processes, including tenders, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Identify group-wide cost reduction and value creation opportunities across regional markets.
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance against established service standards.
- Review and renegotiate commercial terms, benchmarking contracts to minimize risks.
- Ensure strict alignment with corporate procurement governance, compliance, and ethical guidelines.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of procurement background handling indirect categories.
- Demonstrated history of driving measurable savings and running regional tenders.
- Proficiency with modern procurement platforms and contract management systems.
- Background in real estate, property, facilities management, or telecommunications is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
