Based in the Philippines, this position drives process optimization and waste reduction within the manufacturing plant using structured continuous improvement techniques. The role collaborates directly with production teams to establish technical standards, analyze operational line data, and guide operators on autonomous maintenance practices. Additionally, the engineer facilitates problem-solving sessions and coordinates across departments to secure line stability and elevate overall equipment efficiency.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead line improvement and cost-saving initiatives using continuous improvement methodologies.
- Establish, track, and analyze key line performance metrics to address operational gaps.
- Create technical standards and transfer essential equipment knowledge to line operators.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and root-cause analysis sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Drive the elimination of top losses and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
- Ensure plant operations comply with quality, safety, and good manufacturing practice guidelines.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience are welcome.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing operations and process safety principles.
- Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Effective communication and coaching abilities to train shop-floor teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in General Trias, Cavite.
