Based in Malaysia, this senior leadership role involves heading the Wholesale Operational Readiness Centre (WORC), a critical function ensuring seamless implementation of technology, process, and regulatory changes across the bank. The position oversees testing, training, and documentation for various banking operations, leading a large team and collaborating with senior management to achieve execution and quality excellence. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and capability building within the organization.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across various initiatives.
- Oversee daily operations to meet UAT milestones, timelines, and quality standards.
- Establish strong governance practices adhering to bank frameworks and risk standards.
- Collaborate with Head Office on project planning, capacity, and quality assurance.
- Champion continuous improvement, automation, and digital tool adoption.
- Develop, coach, and inspire a large workforce for succession and high performance.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 15 years in financial institutions with wholesale operations exposure.
- Proven leadership managing large teams (50+), including middle management.
- Deep operational knowledge of SWIFT standards in Cash, Trade, or Loans.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA, and readiness frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
