Based in Singapore, this role involves ensuring the high availability and performance of cloud-based infrastructure through proactive monitoring and maintenance. The consultant will manage Level 2/3 incidents, including high-severity escalations and root cause analysis, while executing configuration and change management for network components. This position requires collaboration with vendors and partners on platform upgrades and security remediation, contributing to continuous service improvement.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 standby support for cloud infrastructure
- Manage Level 2/3 incidents, including high-severity escalations
- Perform configuration, problem, and change management for network components
- Execute hardware/firmware upgrades and security remediation
- Collaborate with vendors on platform upgrades and VAPT activities
- Deliver monthly service reports and analyze incidents for improvements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Telecommunication, or IT
- At least 5 years of experience in Telecommunication/Network Infrastructure Support
- Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify problems and provide solutions for network devices
- Good team player
- Experience managing third-party vendors
