Based in Singapore, this role involves overseeing the performance and change management within Cluster Operations, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes. The position requires monitoring case pipelines, developing performance dashboards, and providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency. You will lead process improvement initiatives and manage stakeholder engagement to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end case pipeline and identify bottlenecks
- Design and enhance performance dashboards and define KPIs
- Analyze performance trends, identify drivers of inefficiency, and provide insights
- Monitor workflow stages and identify trend-based risks
- Lead process improvement and change management initiatives
- Engage stakeholders and present performance updates
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
- 8-12 years in AML Operations, Financial Crime, or Operations Governance
- Proven experience managing operational performance and reporting
- Experience with AML, KYC, or Client Lifecycle Management environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement and transformation
- Experience engaging with various business and technology teams
