Based in Singapore, this role involves leading the technology function for a new hotel, from pre-opening setup to ongoing operations. The IT Manager will implement critical systems, ensure operational readiness, and maintain the hotel's technology landscape. This position requires close collaboration with corporate IT, vendors, and the leadership team to provide seamless and secure technology solutions for guests and staff.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the IT pre-opening phase, including infrastructure setup and system deployment
- Coordinate installation and integration of all hotel technology systems
- Ensure all technology systems are operational for opening day
- Administer and optimize core hotel systems like Opera PMS
- Provide technical support and training to hotel team members
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in hotel IT operations, with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and hospitality systems
- Experience managing technology projects and vendor relationships
- Previous hotel pre-opening experience is preferred
- Fluent in English
