Based in Malaysia, this contract position focuses on managing and reviewing minor claims and pre-authorisation requests in accordance with company policy guidelines. The selected candidate will handle customer queries, conduct claims investigations, and provide essential assessment support. This role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to healthcare claims operations while participating in process improvement projects.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Assess minor claims and pre-authorisations within assigned authority and established guidelines
- Conduct necessary claims investigations and request supporting documentation for resolution
- Issue guarantee letters and escalate high-value claims to senior assessors
- Act as a checker within the maker-checker operational workflow
- Resolve enquiries and complaints from clients, insurance agents, and internal teams
- Review payment correspondence and draft non-standard approval or rejection letters
