Based in Singapore, this role involves spearheading the architecture and implementation of enterprise-grade network solutions. The appointed professional will partner with client architects to design resilient WAN, LAN, and security infrastructures while ensuring smooth transition from deployment to operational phases. Key responsibilities include leading technical governance, contributing to pre-sales initiatives, and managing critical incident resolutions to support global connectivity requirements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Engage with customer architects to define requirements and formulate bespoke WAN, LAN, and security architectures.
- Oversee comprehensive network deployment projects from initial concept through system testing and cutover.
- Participate in internal and client-facing design governance councils to validate technical feasibility.
- Assist pre-sales engagements and RFP responses, ensuring seamless operational readiness from Day 1 to Day 2.
- Develop reusable network frameworks, playbooks, and standardized deployment processes.
- Handle high-level operational escalations, root cause analysis, and provide occasional on-call coverage.

- Demonstrated background in architecting and delivering enterprise WAN, LAN, routing, and security environments.
- Sound knowledge of cloud networking, network automation, and modern security frameworks.
- Proven track record directing large-scale, complex network implementations.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities for engaging both executive clients and technical teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on long-term maintainability and operational efficiency.
- Willingness to accommodate occasional off-hours support and weekend on-call duties for critical escalations.
