Based in Malaysia, this role involves leading and supporting the bank's data security operations, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining data security capabilities like Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and cryptographic key management. The engineer will transform business requirements into effective security rules, conduct product evaluations, and ensure platforms are well-maintained. This position requires continuous assessment of the bank's attack surface and driving improvements in security measures.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily operations for the bank's security products, focusing on data security capabilities.
- Deploy and maintain data security solutions and infrastructure.
- Translate business needs into effective data security rules.
- Research products, define requirements, and perform technical evaluations.
- Manage upgrades and migrations to ensure optimal platform performance.
- Assess the bank's exposure to sensitive information leakage.
- Provide support for audit and regulatory requests.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity.
- 7-9 years of experience managing and deploying data security technologies.
- Hands-on experience implementing data protection solutions (e.g., classification, encryption, DLP).
- Proven track record leading successful DLP projects.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).
- Familiarity with open systems, networking, endpoint, and cloud technologies related to data security.
