The specialist will strategically acquire prospective home loan clients and tailor financing options to their needs. Additionally, you will deepen branch profitability by building lasting customer connections while adhering to regulatory frameworks.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Market and cross-sell mortgage solutions, insurance offerings, and deposit accounts to new and existing clients
- Drive strategic customer acquisition for housing loans through designated outreach channels
- Evaluate client needs to structure and present tailored mortgage proposals
- Expand the portfolio while maintaining strict adherence to banking regulations and internal policies
- Strengthen customer relationships to boost overall branch profitability and cross-sell ratios
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Postgraduate Diploma or relevant tertiary educational qualification
- Strong verbal and written fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay
- Genuine enthusiasm for wealth advisory, financial sales, and relationship management
- Self-driven, customer-focused mindset with solid interpersonal abilities
- Must possess personal transport and the willingness to travel for client meetings
