Based in Vietnam, this role focuses on advancing strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders and affiliate networks to accelerate brand growth. You will foster connections with multi-channel networks and content creators while coordinating with commercial partners to optimize campaign performance. The position offers an exciting opportunity to shape social commerce strategies and expand consumer engagement across major digital channels.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong collaborations with MCNs, influencers, and major affiliates
- Drive the expansion of affiliate ecosystems through distributor alignments, product seeding, and sampling
- Lead commercial negotiations, joint business planning, and contract finalization with high-tier creators
- Monitor social commerce platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee to spot emerging creator trends
- Assess affiliate campaign metrics and return on investment alongside commercial and finance teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and distributors to maximize business impact and sales contribution
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in influencer management, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
- Proven track record managing MCNs and creator relationships within Vietnam
- Strong negotiation abilities paired with commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Demonstrated adaptability and stakeholder management capabilities across regional teams
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English
