Based in the Philippines, this role focuses on directing outbound immigration procedures and visa processing for corporate personnel traveling overseas. The analyst serves as the key contact for travel compliance, assessing eligibility and collaborating with consulates, vendors, and internal business partners. Additionally, this position tracks changing international travel regulations to update internal documentation and maintain flawless service delivery across diverse global regions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee outbound immigration and visa processing from initiation to completion for overseas travelers
- Evaluate visa eligibility and guide employees on appropriate travel documentation and submission timelines
- Liaise with external immigration vendors, consular offices, and government bodies to facilitate prompt processing
- Partner with cross-functional teams and project leads to resolve immigration issues and address escalations
- Maintain accurate tracking records within internal mobility platforms to ensure global compliance
- Update internal immigration resources and track changes in international regulatory requirements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience handling outbound Philippine visa and global mobility cases
- Proven background working in travel agency visa operations or corporate immigration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint presentations and Excel data management
- Demonstrated capability in workload, SLA, and issue escalation management
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills
