Based in Singapore, this role oversees financial control, cost accounting, and business partnering for data centre operations. The position manages operating and capital expenditures, fixed assets, budgeting, and month-end closing activities. Working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering and procurement, the successful candidate will provide strategic financial analysis to drive informed management decisions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee cost accounting, financial controls, Opex, Capex, and fixed asset ledgers
- Manage month-end closing schedules, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis with business partners
- Track capital investments, monitor project expenditures, and ensure prompt asset capitalization
- Partner with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to interpret financial performance
- Drive continuous process enhancements and automate finance reporting workflows
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in cost accounting, financial control, or business partnering
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Solid understanding of statutory reporting and accounting standards
- Professional accreditation such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is an advantage
- Background in infrastructure or data centre operations is preferred
