Based in Indonesia, this consultant will drive operational transformation and capability building for major mining operations in Papua. You will partner with on-site planners, supervisors, and operational leadership to optimize maintenance workflows and uplift team skills across mobile and fixed plant assets. The position blends functional maintenance expertise, workforce coaching, and analytical problem-solving.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance maintenance planning and scheduling routines across mining assets to optimize productivity and safety.
- Strengthen end-to-end maintenance workflows from task scoping and backlog management to execution readiness.
- Deliver classroom and on-the-job training for maintenance planners, schedulers, and site supervisors.
- Establish standard operating playbooks, job templates, scheduling practices, and governance frameworks.
- Analyze maintenance KPIs like schedule compliance and backlog health to evaluate performance and drive enhancements.
- Lead client workshops, coaching sessions, and problem-solving reviews with cross-functional operational teams.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mining, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of industrial experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy asset operations.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience focused on maintenance planning or scheduling.
- Proficiency in enterprise CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, PRONTO, or Ellipse.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and build capabilities within maintenance teams.
- Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and willingness to work on-site in Papua.
