Based in Singapore, this role involves leading and developing a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales and service excellence within Privilege Banking. The Senior Team Head will manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, drive new client acquisition, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance. This position requires a strong understanding of financial markets and wealth management strategies.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales and service targets
- Set performance objectives and monitor key performance indicators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Drive new client acquisition and grow assets under management
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborate with specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant financial accreditations (M1B, M5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M9, M9A, HI)
- At least 5 years of experience in wealth management, including leadership roles
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
