Based in Singapore, this senior role leads corporate real estate strategies and high-performance workplace initiatives across regional offices and branches. You will leverage spatial analytics, human-centric concepts, and modern technology to elevate workplace effectiveness and employee wellbeing. Working across diverse business functions, you will oversee design governance, drive change management, and integrate sustainable practices into future-ready physical workspaces.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute workplace strategies informed by utilization analytics, staff input, and operational objectives.
- Establish and govern workplace design frameworks, playbooks, and compliance standards across regional facilities.
- Create human-centric, activity-based work environments accommodating hybrid working and employee wellness.
- Drive organizational change management programs, communication toolkits, and transition adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to align design directions with strategic real estate goals.
- Incorporate smart building technologies, AI tools, and sustainable ESG principles into workspace planning.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Around 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, or commercial design.
- Proven proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI platforms for spatial analysis, concept development, and design workflows.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and written English capabilities.
- Solid background in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership.
- Sound knowledge of corporate real estate dynamics, agile work models, and sustainability standards.
