Based in Singapore, this role provides comprehensive operational support for record-to-report functions, ensuring timely month-end closing, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting. The position also spearheads process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance closing efficiency across the team. Candidates will collaborate closely with internal finance peers and IT units to deliver high-quality financial data.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing duties such as posting journals, performing reconciliations, and conducting balance sheet reviews
- Prepare and examine financial statements in line with accounting regulations and corporate standards
- Coordinate with external auditors by providing required evidence and answering audit questions
- Analyze current procedures to detect gaps, driving standardization, streamlining, and automation projects
- Partner with technical and automation specialists through requirement gathering, user testing, and deployment
- Track post-launch performance of optimized processes and assist colleagues with operational guidance
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent professional credential
- At least six years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, or process transformation
- Solid foundation in accounting principles, internal financial controls, and governance requirements
- Proven track record in continuous process enhancement, workflow mapping, and root-cause assessment
- Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, with knowledge of AI tools or Microsoft Power Platform considered a plus
