Based in Singapore, this role involves supporting policyholders and financial consultants through the insurance claims recovery journey. You will proactively engage clients via calls and messages, help assemble required medical documents, and liaise with third-party insurers to ensure timely claim processing. Additionally, you will manage email and telephone queries while upholding service level agreements and customer protection guidelines.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach and follow-up calls to guide customers through third-party claims recovery.
- Handle inbound calls and email enquiries regarding claims, logging interactions accurately in core systems.
- Assist policyholders in gathering, organizing, and submitting medical documentation to corporate HRs and external insurers.
- Perform administrative coordination, including managing medical records, document scanning, and dispatch arrangements.
- Monitor case progression end-to-end to maintain resolution targets and adhere to service level agreements.
- Comply with Personal Data Protection Act requirements and corporate data governance protocols.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline.
- Around 3 to 5 years of experience within customer service or call center environments.
- Prior background in integrated shield plans or life insurance operations preferred.
- Possession of relevant insurance certifications such as M5, M9, or Health Insurance is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills with a customer-centric mindset.
