Based in the Philippines, this role focuses on managing end-to-end procure-to-pay processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will handle purchase requisition evaluations, purchase order generation, supplier relations, and system maintenance across various enterprise procurement tools. Additionally, this position involves troubleshooting platform issues, guiding junior team members, and contributing to ongoing workflow enhancements during a night shift schedule.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders in accordance with guidelines
- Serve as the main contact for suppliers to address invoicing and post-order issues
- Maintain and audit procurement records across enterprise platforms to ensure data integrity
- Provide system support and troubleshooting assistance for procurement platform users
- Deliver mentorship and operational guidance to more junior team members
- Prepare client reporting deliverables and recommend opportunities for workflow improvement
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in procurement operations
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively as an individual contributor
- Familiarity with procurement tools and enterprise ERP systems
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule with weekend rest days
- Existing legal authorization to live and work in the Philippines
