Based in Singapore, this role entails leading operational teams and supervising inward remittance processes within the Cash Management Operations Center. The appointed professional will optimize daily workflows, safeguard regulatory compliance, and mitigate transactional risks. In addition, the manager will evaluate performance data and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver superior service quality across banking functions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct daily inward remittance operations while maintaining adherence to bank guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to maintain high performance and collaboration.
- Streamline operational workflows to enhance service delivery and boost processing efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to maintain strict compliance and data security.
- Evaluate key performance metrics and report operational insights to senior leadership.
- Oversee departmental resource allocation and budgeting to ensure cost effectiveness.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or higher academic qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of banking or financial services experience, with 2 years in supervisory roles.
- Proven track record in managing and motivating operational teams.
- Solid understanding of banking operations, financial products, and market practices.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective communication skills.
