Based in Singapore, this role supports the end-to-end planning, implementation, and maintenance of critical telecommunications pipeline and network infrastructure. The successful candidate will coordinate circuit provisioning, manage network disruptions using monitoring systems, and liaise with key stakeholders to guarantee project delivery. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys, bid quotations, and route planning for telecommunication networks
- Oversee network circuit provisioning, system upgrades, and route migrations
- Collaborate with authorities, developers, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges
- Track network status using NMS tools and direct rapid service restoration during outages
- Maintain network records, compile incident reports, and support continuity planning efforts
- Supervise external contractors, monitor expenditures, and process vendor payments
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering, Telecommunications, Infocommunications Technology, or a relevant discipline
- At least one year of telecommunications industry experience, ideally in a command centre
- Solid working knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure systems
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure during emergency service disruptions
- Effective communication skills and a cooperative team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to handle occasional non-office hours and 24/7 on-call availability
