Based in Singapore, this role sits within the Product Management team to support the timely rollout and delivery of new products. You will liaise closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document enhancements, and convert them into clear test scenarios. Additionally, the position involves overseeing user acceptance testing, conducting post-deployment checks, and preparing training guides for end users.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Facilitate the timely delivery and deployment of product initiatives
- Engage with business units to analyze operational workflows and define functional requirements
- Formulate test scenarios and expected results based on business specifications
- Execute user acceptance testing and maintain thorough testing documentation
- Monitor defect resolution alongside the application management team
- Create standard operating procedures and deliver training on system enhancements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional credential
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with one year of experience preferred
- Prior familiarity with the insurance domain is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with interpersonal acumen
- High attention to detail with solid organizational capabilities
- Demonstrated capability to thrive independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
