Based in Malaysia, the Head of Talent Acquisition will spearhead the organization's hiring roadmap to attract and secure top professionals across diverse banking domains. You will oversee a high-caliber recruitment unit, refining end-to-end hiring workflows and reinforcing employer branding efforts. The role partners closely with key business stakeholders to optimize talent pipelines, manage vendor networks, and harness data-driven insights to advance regional growth ambitions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Formulate and deliver a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with bank goals
- Lead, mentor, and foster high performance within the recruitment team
- Direct the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to final onboarding
- Advise senior leadership and hiring managers on talent planning and hiring best practices
- Track recruitment analytics to enhance hiring efficiency and optimize processes
- Supervise recruitment budgets, search partner relationships, and employer branding initiatives
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline; Master's preferred
- At least 10 to 15 years of talent acquisition experience with 5+ years leading teams
- Demonstrated background within large complex firms, preferably in financial services
- Deep expertise in modern sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and employer branding
- Strong track record handling substantial hiring budgets and third-party recruitment partners
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant employment laws and recruitment compliance
